Luke Edwards, skipper for the day and back from injury set the tone with an early try following smart work from Will Morecombe with Luke adding the extras 0 v 7

The Georgians always looked dangerous with ball in hand and had lots of pace to trouble the defence, having scored the opener Luke then offloaded the ball to Greg Aspin who finished superbly showing real strength and 0 v 12.

York were scrapping for all they were worth and some enterprising work when the ball was lost saw a kick chase and a score out wide 5 v 12

York then enjoyed a period of pressure and looked set to score but were thwarted by a superb turnover by Matt Harris, Jonno counter attacked and with swift passing Danny Cooke screamed down the touchline to score 5 v 17.

The next try started with a great take by Greg Aspin interplay between Euan Miller, Luke R, each giving and going twice before Will Morecombe finished off a stunning move and 5 v 24.

Janes Armiger then finished a other great move taking an offload from the impressive Matt Lansdall 5 v 31.

Tom Young who was industrious all afternoon then finished off a real team try after multiple phases and superb linking between backs and forwards 5 v 38.

Will Morecombe was ever alert and after taking a quick tap penalty broke free and offloaded to Luke Edwards to score 5 v 45.
York never gave up and were rewarded with a try after a period of pressure 12 v 45.

Will Morecombe ended the scoring with another well worked try after smart work by Will Edwards and a satisfying 12 v 52 away win and 5 league points.

Great effort and some great rugby played after the poor showing the week before.
