Sale who are sitting comfortably in 2nd place in National 2 North will prove to be formidable opponents for improving Harrogate when they visit North Yorkshire this weekend.Their pursuit of leaders Caldy looks a tough task given the form of the league leaders but nevertheless the Cheshire boys have only lost 3 games all season 2 of which were on the road at Leicester Lions and South Leicester.
Harrogate will be looking to increase Sale's away losses to 3 and in doing so ease further away from the dreaded drop zone. The character and sheer determination displayed in last week's fine win in the mud at Scunthorpe will be needed once again if Sale are to be overcome.
Earlier in the season Sale triumphed over Harrogate at Heywood Road by 37 points to 13 after the score at half time stood at 13 all. However Harrogate have shown distinct improvements since the autumn and will be looking to cause one of the bigger upsets of the league season.Ben "Toby" Reaveley returns to bolster the front row replacing Connor "Henry" Ward.
THE VOCAL SUPPORT OF THE RUDDING RASCALS FAITHFUL WILL BE A FACTOR IN WHAT WILL BE A FIERCELY CONTESTED MATCH.
