Saxons show great heart in defeat

Despite late withdrawls due to injury and several players being pulled into the Georgians XV the Saxons took on a good Leos 2's side in a thrilling encounter full of attractive open rugby.
The Saxons are growing week by week and showed great heart again against a well organised Leos 2's.
Elliott Lewis scored three tries showing power and pace
Franco our Argentinian bullocked over for a couple of tries as did Fraser Kitching
George Hampson was the man of the match with a try and several great kicks and very effective at the base of the ruck with some sniping runs and a siege gun boot.
A really good mix of young guns and old heads this is a sign of the health of the club and the future looks very positive.
