Kirkby Lonsdale

Good trip (not to far) but taking a bus added to the event. Thanks to Andrew Grant for co-driving. Well organised and would definitely look to visit in future seasons- feedback and all views welcome (+ or -) to Craig.
Hard opener to the season, but came away with a winning record (3 from 5), some good tries ad some excellent tackles made. Everyone gave their all on the pitch and should feel proud of their efforts.
Man of Steel this week was Ben Green, although there were several candidates who ran him close. The areas we will look to build on for next week are space awareness both in defence and attack, communication on the field and organise our shape.
Many thanks for those who drove in addition to the bus.
All who did not play at Kirkby Lonsdale this week will see action next week at Moortown. Please keep an eye out on Pitchero for updates on where you will be playing/ training this week and update availability as soon as possible to make planning easier.
Well done once more to all who participated today- a good opener and some nice compliments from other coaches about how we played.
