Basic Itinerary below:
Meet 8.15 ripley and depart 8.30.

All will be joining at the hotel.
Arrive Preston Grasshoppers 10.30am ,contact name Claire Holbert.
Game commences at 11.00 am and Damian informed. Lunchtime food of cold buffet and I believe first team game commences at 2.30.
Once we have played the match ALL boys are required to change into White Shirt and Club Tie before entering the Preston Clubhouse. Ties are available for £12 at the HRUFC clubhouse, behind the bar
Depart preston grasshoppers about 4.30 .
Arrival at Preston Marriot 5.00pm with Pool reserved for Harrogate at 6.00pm for 1/2 hour (optional). - Don't forget your Swimming trunk!
Dining at 7.00 and function room available for HRUFC.
Note all Rooms are on a twin basis,with the exception of
Marcus Black who has a adjoining twin room ,due to looking after Monty Fawcett.
Depart Preston at 9.45 am and arrival at Southport for 10.45.

Depart southport about 2.15 and arrive at Billy Bobs for about 4.00 ish.
Arrive back at Ripley Harrogate for about 6.00.
Can all parents please download and complete the Tour Permission for and get these to Eric and Nigel before the tour. Without these forms you will not be allowed to get on the bus!
