Great mornings Rugby

A bright Sunday morning saw some entertaining rugby and committed defence with Harrogate running in tries and Thirsk failing to cross the Harrogate line. A shut out was slightly flattering for Harrogate, Thirsk would have scored 2 or 3 tries in the opening period if it wasn't for excellent last ditch tackling from Archie H. Tries were run in by Oli B, Felix N, Monty, Chanel, Sam L, Will B, Fred B, Victor M, and Archie H. All 13 players and 3 subs played a part in the victory with several playing in new positions or out of position - well done to Isaac H with his first game at scrum half and Will B for filling in at fly half. Well done to Thirsk who played with spirit and commitment from start to finish with a relatively new side but who came up against a stout defence epitomised by Archie H and an outstanding performance.
