3's in 12 try blitz

sadly injuries and late withdrawls meant that the 3's traveled with only 11 players t Old Mods to find their hosts in a similar position so the game took place and what a try fest followed.

Ben Hardy led the way with 3 tries and added 8 conversions for total points haul of 31 points.

Ben Pye & Matt Landsall both scored a brace of tries apiece.

Anthony Chamberlain was again on the score sheet as was Alistair Cameron Jones in his senior debut

So the backs ran in 9 tries and not to be outdone the forwards weighed in with tries from Nico Nyemba, Steve Townsend & Harvey Bateman

Disappointing that for both sides it was so one sided and that it could not have been a 15 a side contest although with the pace and power of many in the side it was always going to be tough defensive effort for the Mods.
