Great training session on sunday by both the sharks and the Stingrays.
Good progress being shown by all and the development of skills etc is great to see. Well done to the boys for the effort they are putting in - and the 2 mins silence was impeccably observed. We are hosting Wharfedale this coming weekend - so we can put what we've been learning in to practice.
