Stingray development squad have bite!

The weather on Sunday morning started out well, but you could tell we had a lot of rain over night as the Harrogate pitches where rather wet and muddy.

After a quick catch up with Bryan about how many players Ilkley might turn up with we were hoping for about ten they turned up with 20!!!.

After a quick discussion with Bryan, we got three teams together and got the games going.

All of the players did very well in some testing conditions, with the ball getting thicker and thicker with mud. A special mention goes out to all of the Stingrays who slotted into their teams well, I think Ilkley might have been shock to know how many were in our ranks.

A big thanks has to go the Bryan Sharky who kindly not only lent us his great players but balls and disc markers etc without these the morning would have been a real struggle.
