Yorkshire Bowl match winners

It was worth the trip down the A1 - what a fantastic whole team performance! With only two 'finishers' we needed the whole team to step up against a big and well drilled Doncaster side. It all started with us winning every breakdown but not committing too many players. Well done to the forwards, particularly Facundo, Jack Y and Jack L who really gave Doncaster a tough time in the front row of every scrum, with Olly B, Tom B and Ben G in the engine room. This platform enabled our back row of Paul, Ben P and Olly T to be really effective in the loose, with Olly leading from the front and showing great organisation skills. Quick ball from Jonny allowed Kit, Callum and Will to move the ball effectively which put the back three of Josh, Alex, George P and Archie into space. Equally our defensive effort across the team was strong, aggressive and controlled. Well done boys, all the parents and coaches were very proud of your effort, commitment and maturity today - WELL DONE.
