Parts of our game were strong and allowed us to put pressure on Huddersfield. We used our scrum and maul effectively to get field position and score points.
We also scored some nice tries in open play after building phases in good areas.
There were some key moments in the game where execution let us down. Our pentalty count was also higher than it’s been all season which is disappointing as a lot of them were not won through pressure.
The three points for both sides is probably fair. It’s a game we would choose to play again if given the chance. The great thing is we only have to wait 7 days until we get another big game away at Heath. I’m sure all the lads have been looking forward to that.
